The Fine Print: Our Workshop Agreement

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here is a quick breakdown of how we work. By booking your spot, you’re agreeing to these bits and pieces.

1. What’s Included (and What’s Not)

Your booking fee covers all professional tuition and guidance. You’ll need to take care of your own travel, accommodation, gear, and meals and drinks throughout the day.

2. Health, Safety & Age

The Basics: You must be 18+ to join us.

The Walk: We’ll be on our feet exploring Dublin’s textures and light for several hours. Please ensure you’re comfortable with a fair bit of walking. If you have any health concerns, check in with your GP before signing up.

The Risk: While we look out for one another, participation is at your own risk. I cannot be held responsible for personal injury, illness, or any "oops" moments involving your gear.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Securing your spot: Full payment is required upfront to lock in your place.

If I have to cancel: Life happens (illness, extreme weather, or low numbers). In the unlikely event I need to cancel, you’ll get a 100% refund of the workshop fee. Please note I can’t refund your external travel or hotel costs.

If you have to cancel: I don’t offer direct refunds if you can’t make it. However, you can either gift/sell your spot to a friend or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same value within the same calendar year.

4. Flexibility & Conduct

Street photography requires us to be agile. I reserve the right to tweak the itinerary based on the light or the weather to ensure you get the best shots possible. To keep the atmosphere "safe and encouraging," I also reserve the right to remove any participant if their conduct isn't vibing with the group’s creative spirit.

5. Future promotion

We might snap a few behind-the-scenes photos of the group in action for future promotion. By joining us, you’re giving the green light for your likeness to appear in these shots.

6. The Boring (but Important) Bit

I am not liable for delays or issues caused by things outside my control—think "Acts of God," transport strikes, or sudden government shifts.
